Data Update
Our internal data team is working with various global stakeholders to actively enhance the data which flows into Renewtrak. Based on those efforts, the data will now be updated every three weeks. Currently data is loaded with opportunity through early June 2025. These enhancements will allow for visibility for Distributors and Partners up to 210 days of opportunity in the platform at any given time.
Message Hub – New User Management Feature
Whether you’re a Distributor reaching out to a Partner or a user contacting your Lenovo representative, the message hub fosters quick, clear, and effective conversations that help drive your business forward. This centralization eliminates the need to switch between different communication channels, enhancing efficiency and ensuring that messages are received promptly.
To make this tool even better a new user management feature has been added. Admins can now toggle on or off message hub notifications for any relationship managers or sales reps. This suppresses the messages they would receive in their email inbox indicating they have a message hub notification. Admins can toggle this on or off for all new users and can edit for any existing users.
New Status
Filter
A new status filter has been added under the All Opportunities tab. You can now toggle on or off for “Inactive” opportunities. Inactive opportunities refer to orders that have been modified.
When you update the content of an existing order, the previous version becomes inactive. The filter allows inactive order lines to show or hide and it gives the user the ability to filter on those. By default, this filter is toggled off.

As we ingest new data every three weeks, you will now be able to view data changes and improvements within the History Tab, providing insight into any changes that may have occurred.

Do you have APIs we can use to upload the data to our CRM automatically?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support APIs.
Why don't I see a dollar value for Contracts and Bids?
The variables within Contracts and Bids are unique offerings and, therefore, can’t be assigned a value.
When I have set a margin for a Customer, but they decide to refresh their hardware instead of extending their existing warranties, will the same margin be applied to the new order?
When a Customer requests a hardware refresh, you will handle it exactly as you do now — i.e. you determine the margin you want for the Customer.
What is the highest allowed margin percentage I can apply to IDG & ISG?
The margin you set is entirely up to you. There are no restrictions on your margins, and your margins are not seen by your Disti or Lenovo.

Are my bank details and Customer information secure?
Yes, your bank details, Customer information and payment gateway are secure and encrypted. Bank details must be supplied to enable the Credit Card payment option.
