Lenovo and Renewtrak are both GDPR compliant, and Renewtrak is ISO 27001 ISMS certified.
You can see renewal status within the Platform, and depending on how Sales Reps are populated, you’d be able to filter/access to see the needed renewal status, opportunity available, etc. We’re streamlining the notification/order capture component and then passing to you for order submission—thus sales, quota/comp, and other tracking would not be generated from the Platform.

If your organization has both lines of business, the Dashboard defaults to include the Part Number data for both lines of business. You may use the optional filters to change the Dashboard data view to one chosen line of business or to include Contract and Bid.
